We are pleased to welcome Adrian, former NHS England Operational Lead for Estates and Facilities, who is supporting Darwin Group as a strategic advisor.

His extensive operational and leadership experience in the sector will further enhance our ability to meet the needs of health and care providers now and into the future. Adrian will be joining us on the Darwin Group stand at NHS Providers conference and exhibition in Liverpool next Tuesday 12 and Wednesday 13 November, so come and find us to say hello.

It’s an exciting time to be working with Darwin Group as they launch their On-Demand Healthcare Infrastructure Solutions, which offer both the adaptability and speed associated with modular buildings alongside the build and finish quality of permanent structures.”

Adrian is a chartered architect and former Estates Director with 30 years’ experience of Healthcare Estates. As well as his time at NHS England, he has worked at universities, NHS Trusts and most recently at Eastwood Park Training where he has developed new courses in Board Accountability, Safety Management Systems and EPRR.

As Operational Lead for NHS Estates and Facilities at NHS England from 2018-2023, Adrian had overall responsibility for a wide range of areas including maintenance, engineering, soft facilities management, data, digitalisation and incident response. He led the NHS estates response to EU exit, Covid-19 and reinforced aerated autoclaved concrete (RAAC).
