Taking place from Monday 4 December – Friday 8 December, this year’s event will begin with a series of online learning labs on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning before an in-person conference at the Hilton Metropole in London from Wednesday onwards.

Across the five days, attendees will hear from keynote speakers, including global explorer Brendan Hall, journalist, former BBC news correspondent and current co-host of The News Agents podcast, Jon Sopel, and British retail consultant and broadcaster Mary Portas.
